Educon Team visited Mahatma Gandhi Vidhyalaya , Manchar in pursuit of emerging talent from rural areas. The main objective was to interact with the students of 11th and 12th Standard to understand their future dreams and how they are planning to achieve the same. In the process Educon team guided them for their career options, how to go about planning for the same and seek support of other Educon students from same stream .

Educon selected 7 brilliant and deserving students with very challenging economic background but with attitude to achieve their dreams against all odds. Mrs Manisha Jain, an Educon Team member, has been appointed as their Academic caretaker. Educon committed to support them till their career point so that their families can be uplifted for life time.

Mr Sunil Shah, Educon team member explained the students regarding the importance of selection of proper career path, communication skills and being smart.

More than 50 students of 11th and 12th std of MG College Manchar had an active interaction with Educon team for more than 3 hours. The discussion was essentially on career planning, guidance, motivation, students queries etc. Based on the interaction, academic performance, financial constraints and zeal to perform, Educon team selected 7 students for support till career point. Also assured other students that whenever they need any kind of support, Educon will be there to help them. We regret for the voice disturbances.
